The only thing a quality instrument needs when it comes time for an overhaul is a good cleaning, new pads, corks, and adjustments. The professional instrument is overhauled to its original specifications, meaning; intonation, voicing, and performance. We are not an instrument cosmetic shop; the beauty of the instrument comes from within. If the instrument is properly overhauled in the first place, there will never be a need to be adding, or removing material to make up for lengths that have been lost due to performing cosmetic surgery on a one time beautiful instrument.

We were fortunate to have some great players demonstrating their favorite model horns and the lively spontaneous jam at the end to the program was
just a great moment in jazz!
Special thanks and kudos go to IAJE for a spectacular convention. There were panels and workshops on every conceivable aspect of jazz playing and jazz education. The Artists were the best and the back up equipment was handled with the highest professionalism.
It is 4 days jam packed with creativity and information for anyone who loves jazz.

In 1997 Rick began offering kazoos through the web, primarily at the
request of fans of his shows. Orders began rolling in. Since then Kazoobie
Kazoos has sold over a million kazoos to kazoo players all over the world.
